Week 5 — July 7–10

In this deep dive, we'll show you how to transform a folder of PDFs into instant study guides, lesson hooks, and even "Deep Dive" podcasts. We'll skip the fluff and get straight to the workflows that will give you back your Sunday afternoons.
Level up your communication game this summer! This session is designed for educators who want to maximize impact while minimizing manual labor. We'll dive into Autocrat, a powerful tool that turns spreadsheet rows into beautiful, personalized documents automatically--so you can send personalized feedback, progress reports, and parent updates without the extra workload.

Gather some basic crafts and build a "mystery monster"--exploring CS concepts like sequencing, precision, and decoding in a literacy-based activity. Then discover how AI can easily transform one lesson into multiple versions to support diverse learners. A playful, practical look at designing more accessible instruction through small, intentional shifts in how directions are delivered and experienced.
Week 7 — July 21–23
Your time is SO valuable! Learn how Gemini can help with creating teaching strategies, presentations, and videos for students in minutes. We'll explore prompting, Google Classroom integration, the Canvas tool for documents, and how to quickly build videos with voiceovers and background music--giving you more time and energy to focus on your students.
Learn how to move beyond using AI as a shortcut and instead use it to support curiosity, reflection, and critical thinking through the CARE framework (Clarity, Accuracy, Relevance, Ethics). Through classroom-tested examples using tools like custom GPTs, you'll see how AI can act as a thinking partner--helping students ask better questions and work through misconceptions.
